SUMMARY We report an unusual association of multiple perforating and non‐perforating pilomatricomas with Churg–Strauss syndrome, and a dysmorphic syndrome evocative of Rubinstein‐Taybi syndrome. These syndromes may be independent, but these rare diseases and genetic abnormalities may be linked together.
