[[abstract]]On the relevant technology and usable resource foundation around where enterprises have already had, use the administrative system of technological innovation to accord with new technology and new products that consumers expected in order to put forward properly in good time, important key to enterprise's competition advantage that to keep. This text sets up and carries on the patent of relevant enterprises to manage the analysis of maps through the patent information retrieval system of the Republic of China, and make relevant analysis and sum up in scale of operation and performance through what the materials are collected with statistical sample enterprises over the years. The preliminary result shows: 1.The technological innovations of sample enterprises all go through the technological analysis stage of this company, 2.There is its positive correlation, in the expansion operated in technological innovation and this enterprise. 3.The patent that the technological innovation produces and enterprise's operation performance also present positive correlation.[[fileno]]2070308010012[[department]]科技管理研究
