Summary Helichrysum arwae J.R.I.Wood, a narrow endemic from the Yemen Arab Republic, is described and illustrated, along with its cultivation requirements. Its position within Helichrysum is discussed, and comparisons made with H. sessile and H. sessilioides , two similar species from southern Africa.
