Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn is an extremely rare condition. This report describes an unusual pregnancy in the rudimentary horn, which was misdiagnosed as a bicornuate uterine pregnancy on early obstetric sonogram. The pregnancy was successfully delivered using cesarean section, with both neonatal and maternal survival.
