A combination of Cis‐dichlorodiammine platinum, Adriam‐cin and Vincristine was used on two groups of patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma of epithelial origin (stage III and IV). In the first group of thirteen patients resistant to previous chemotherap‐, the overall response rate was 46.2% (six cases). 15.4% (two cases) showed complete response. In the second group of four patients who had no previous chemotherap‐, three cases showed partial response, and one case showed no response. Toxicit‐ consisted of nausea and vomiting, leukopaenia of less than 1000/ml in 4 cases and inappropriate ADH secretion in 2.
