This case report describes a method of management of advanced urinary tract tuberculosis. Perhaps the methods of reconstruction used deserve further trial, as the end‐result has been acceptable. The patient has continence by day and satisfactory renal function. He has one remaining kidney which has its dilated ureter connected in a valvular manner to a segment of sigmoid colon. This in turn is joined to the remnants of the prostate and prostatic urethra.
