A case of multiple aneurysms of the splenic artery is reported, with a brief review of the literature. The importance of radiography in the diagnosis of aneurysms of the splenic artery is stressed. The multiplicity of aneurysms, the risk of rupture and the fistula of the splenic vessels in the present case are discussed, and the rationale of treatment is briefly considered.
