Zusammenfassung Die externe Applikation von Neomycin und Hydrocortison begünstigt die experimentelle C. albicans‐Infektion auf der Haut des Kaninchens. Die Exacerbation der mykotischen Läsionen wird durch kulturelle und mikroskopische Untersuchungen bestatigt. Der Mechanismus, der die Propagation der kutanen Candidosis auslöst, wird diskutiert. Summary The influence of neomycin and hydrocortisone on the experimental cutaneous candidosis in rabbits. The topical application of neomycin and hydrocortisone favoured the experimental C. albicans infection of the skin in rabbits. The mechanism of this action has been discussed. The propagation of the fungal infection recommends the protection of the skin by antimycotics in the topical treatment. Resumen Influencia de neomicina e hidrocortisona en la candidosis cutánea experimental del conejo. La aplicación externa de neomicina e hidrocortisona favorece la infección experimental por C. albicans de la piel del conejo. La exacerbación de las lesiones es fundamentada con estudios microscópicos directos y cultivos. Se discute el mecanismo que desencadena la propagación de la candidosis cutánea.
