Abstract. Three anti‐Rh sera useful for the EA hum test were found (one comparable to Ri serum). It was shown that the usefulness of anti‐Rh sera for the EA hum test depends on the amount of anti‐Rh antibodies absorbed onto red cells demonstrated in the manual antiglobdin test. It does not depend on the quality of antibodies and the ability of complement binding.
