Summary. A factor inducing erythrophagocytosis and producing anemia was found in IgG fractions of rabbit anti‐hamster erythrocyte sera after varying periods of immunization. Agglutinins and hemolysins were demonstrated mainly in IgM fractions after brief immunization and in IgG fractions after prolonged immunization.
