Follicular mucinosis (FM) is defined as the presence of mucin in the follicular epithelium. This phenomenon has been described in association with a number of clinical entities, including those associated with lymphoreticular malignancies. Here we present a case of FM of unknown etiology in a 4‐year‐old boy.
