SUMMARY This paper describes the treatment and functional analysis of 18 ‘pseudo’‐class III patients. Clinical examination revealed IC‐RC discrepancies, aesthetic aberrations and functional disturbances. The improvement of these parameters upon treatment was followed by sirognathographic recordings.
