SUMMARY A new, versatile, general‐purpose, high‐magnification perfusion chamber for ex vivo microscopy, which can be machined at low cost, and which can be assembled very rapidly, is described. An additional useful feature is the special lock system, with an annular threaded screw tap with the inside wall cut to fit against the slant of the microscope objective, to increase the field of observation.
