Bile salt measurements in Gilbert's syndrome

. Fasting and post‐prandial conjugated bile salt concentrations and intravenous glycocholate tests were normal in seven patients with Gilbert's syndrome. These findings indicate that the hepatic handling of conjugated bile salts in Gilbert's syndrome is normal.
