Summary A 23‐year‐old man presented with multiple, brownish, sclerotic patches on his forehead and temple, which had first appeared 1 month previously. Six months earlier, he had been diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Histopathological examination showed a pattern consistent with morphoea. We report a unique case of SLE and subsequent development of multiple morphoea confined to the face.
