Summary We report the case of a 43‐year‐old immunosuppressed woman who presented with cellulitis of the lower limbs and multiple widespread subcutaneous nodules in a sporotrichoid distribution. Microbiological findings from skin biopsy confirmed Mycobacterium chelonae infection.
