Summary We report the case of a 57‐year‐old woman who developed bullous pemphigoid 3 weeks after electron beam radiotherapy. The bullac were confined to the area of the radiation field and responded to topical clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream (Dermovate®). This is the second case of bullous pemphigoid confined to an area of previous radiotherapy. Radiotherapy may be a rare trigger for the development of bullous pemphigoid.
