Summary Two patients developed chronic graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD) following bone marrow transplant. This resulted in widespread sclerotic skin changes clinically indistinguishable from idiopathic morphoea many months alter the transplant. Both acute and early chronic cutaneous GVHD preceded the development of the sclcroderma‐skin disease. This is the first report of scleroderma‐like changes as a late complication of graft‐versus‐host disease in British patients.
