Summary A case of long standing carcinoma cuniculatum on the sole of the foot is described, in which the tumour eventually metastasized to the drainage lymph nodes and several areas of skin on the foot and lower leg. We believe this to be the first example of carcinoma cuniculatum which developed extra‐nodal metastases.
