Summary Recurrent primary lymphoedema associated with irregularities of the nail plate should suggest the Yellow Nail Syndrome (Samman & White, 1964). We report a case of sinusitis, bronchiectasis, transitory lymphoedema and nail changes in a female Nigerian patient.
