SUMMARY A 17‐year‐old boy developed an acral granulomatous dermatosis which resembled clinically acrodermatitis continuea of Hallopeau. The histology showed dermal and subcutaneous abscess formation with granulomas. The lesions responded to systemic corticosteroid therapy, with residual atrophy and contractures of the fingers.
