SUMMARY We report a case of lichen planus pemphigoides. Immuno‐electron localization of G‐immunoglobulin and C3 showed that in the peribullous zone these were in the lamina lucida, as in typical bullous pemphigoid, but in the bulla itself they were along the floor, and not along the roof as in bullous pemphigoid. We conclude that bullous pemphigoid antigen and lichen planus pemphigoides antigen have different localizations.
