Perioral dermatitis in renal transplant recipients maintained on corticosteroids and immunosuppressive therapy

SUMMARY Five patients with perioral dermatitis are described. They were all renal transplant recipients maintained on long‐term oral corticosteroids and azathioprine (13 months to 7 years). They all responded satisfactorily to oral doxycycline.
