SUMMARY The cell proliferation kinetics of the genodermatoses, erythrokeratoderma variabilis (EKV) and symmetrical progressive erytbrokeratoderma (SPE), were studied using flash labelling studies and cell production rates using vincristine. In EKV the results indicated a mildly hyperproliferative state, while in SPE the results, although variable, showed a prominent epidermal hyperproliferation.
