SUMMARY Benign appearing, multifocal, pigmented penile papules were found in three patients, showing the histopathological and electron microscopic changes of carcinoma in situ . Their clinical appearance, relation to other carcinoma in situ lesions, as well as possible pathogenesis are discussed.
