summary The presence of telangiectatic lesions on the arms of patients who suffer from thyroid diseases is described and the histology of the lesion illustrated. The incidence of this abnormality was found to be 23% in patients attending a thyroid clinic as compared with 1% in patients attending a dermatological clinic.
