Microcystic lymphangioma is difficult to treat with sclerotherapy or surgical resection alone. It is impossible to inject sclerosing agents into multiple cysts and surgical resection may sacrifice neighboring organs. We report a case of clinically regressed microcystic lymphangioma by sclerotherapy with OK‐432 after intralesional excision. This is an alternative effective method in the treatment of microcystic lymphangioma. However, because histological examination revealed remaining lymphangioma, the possibility of recurrence remains.
