There are several types of T‐cell lymphoma presenting with subcutaneous tissue involvement showing different clinical features and prognoses. The entity of subcutaneous involvement of T‐cell lymphoma should be differentiated. We report a case of CD30‐positive large cell lymphoma which initially presented with subcutaneous tissue involvement only, but progressed to systemic dissemination.
