ABSTRACT In a patient with histiocytic diffuse lymphoma, the diagnosis of subclinical porphyria cutanea tarda was simultaneously established. Chemotherapy improved both conditions until a septic complication occurred. Although the association of the two diseases may have been casual, their possible relationship should be taken into account.
