ABSTRACT The effect of changing the fineness OF the feldspar in an enamel was investigated, from which test it was concluded that resistance to deflection is lowered about 9% with a slight increase in fusion temperature when substituting 40‐mesh (glassmakers') feldspar for 120‐mesh feldspar, both of the same chemical composition.
