Pingle depression located in the conjunction part between the Yangtze plate and South China plate (Wang et al., 2011), situated in north-western Jiangxi Province. It is a sunken belt between Jiuling uplift and Wugongshan uplift. Faults and folds were well developed in this depression, controlling metallogenetic in western Jiangxi. Mineral resources is very rich in the area, especially the laterite and Carlin types Au deposit, only few studies have been carried on quartz vein-hosted gold deposit, one of the most important type of gold deposit in western Jiangxi. In this study, we discussed the mineralization mechanism by providing of the data of ore bodies, lodes and ore-forming fluids.
