Models for Carlin‐Type Gold Deposits in Dian‐Qian‐Gui Areas

mainly restricted to the Youjiang basin near the southwest of Yangtze craton. Although there are some differences between individual deposits, these deposits exhibit many of similar characteristics. Metallogenic model is a highly abstract of mineralization process. Many models have been put forward since the first Carlin-type gold deposit in Dian-Qian-Gui was discovered. Those models can be sorted into two major classifications: (1) non-magmatic model; (2) magmatic models.
