Dairy cattle breeding is one of the most important branches of animal husbandry. It serves as a source of such valuable food products as milk, meat, as well as a source of raw materials for industry. Milk is an almost indispensable basis for nutrition in childhood, both humans and animals. It contains all the necessary nutrients. By its diverse composition, not one of the known foods can compete with it. In milk, there are almost all currently known vitamins.
