In this article, at a conceptual level, the issues of data exchange between objects of a complex cyber-physical system using a multi-agent approach are considered. A multi-agent communication model of intelligent agents is described, which is the interaction of participants in the Smart Transportation information management space. Unmanned vehicles, pedestrian mobile devices, smart traffic lights, traffic signs and other infrastructure of the Smart City are considered as model agents.
