All papers published in this volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: Open For Peer review of submissions was used open system. Based on the results of the speeches, the editors of the Conference selected the most interesting scientific reports and proposed to publish the article in the Proceedings. All Papers were checked for plagiarism. At the next stage, the articles were checked for scientific novelty and practical significance. Reviews were compiled for each Paper. The authors had the opportunity to make changes to the article after the Editor’s comments.
