The massive resource infrastructure development such as dams is a strategical choice made by Indonesia government considering there are still a lot of water resources that have not been used optimally. Dams construction itself is a complex works because it consists of several buildings and support facilities no exception which has a vital role in the main dam construction stage. The planning must be done thoroughly and clearly because it can affect the opportunities and risks of work accidents. Work accidents can result in losses, both in terms of cost and time so as to disrupt the success of the project. Therefore, we need further development based on WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) which is standardized by making a WBS dictionary and checklist. By using qualitative approach, it is expected that this WBS development can be a consideration for making safety planning in dam supporting facilities so that a whole support facilities dam construction run as well by minimizing work accidents during the construction process
