The influence of temperature and interphase boundary energy on the dielectric relaxation parameters in adsorbed water was investigated within the framework of thermodynamic consideration. It is shown that accounting for the interfacial boundary energy greatly increases the orientation dielectric relaxation time in adsorbed water. This allows us to determine the dispersion of the dielectric characteristics of adsorbed water using Debye’s relaxation theory.
