Each of the selected paper will be reviewed by two/three professional experts in the related subject area. Step 2. Review Reports received from the experts will be judged by one of the Editors whether the Review Reports are logical or not? Step 3. The logical review reports will be sent to the authors utilised to revise their manuscript. Meanwhile, the editor will reassign the other reviewers if the review reports is not logical. Step 4. Authors will be required to revise their manuscript according to the recommendation from reviewer. Step 5. The editor will confirm whether the manuscript fits with the reviewers recommendation or not. Step 6. Afterwards, the editor will resend the revised manuscript to the reviewers for re-evaluation. Step 7.
