Fingerprint identification is one of the most important biometric techniques utilized for determining the similarity between the matching images. This paper will be presenting a new identification technique depending on the angle direction of the objects contained in images. The performance of identification techniques relies on the quality of the image. The quality of fingerprint image may not always be well due to many reasons such as contain noise which hinders the clarity of image structures.
