The article is devoted to the influence of non-constancy of the earth’s gravitational field on fluid hydrodynamics and heat-mass transfer. The structure of convective fluid flow in a square cavity with lateral heated under constant and a variable on space gravity field. The changing diagonal symmetry of structure of convective flow and its effect on the distributions of temperature and concentration are considered. The results of modeling a problem of non-stationary flow of water with a free surface in a horizontal two-phase layer with an instantaneous change the acceleration of gravity from a constant g 0 to variable g ( x ) = g 0 x are presented. The nature of the wave change of the free surface of water with overturning, bursts of waves during intensive non-stationary flow in the horizontal layer caused by the changing of gravity from constant to variable is shown.
