Summary Cytomegalovirus (CMV), a member of the herpesviridae family, can cause various dermatologic and systemic disorders especially in immunosuppressed subjects. However, immunocompetent individuals rarely present with cutaneous eruptions related to CMV. We describe an immunocompetent patient who developed a skin eruption and mild hepatitis related to CMV.
