Summary Mycosis fungoides palmaris et plantaris (MFPP) is an uncommon form of mycosis fungoides with main involvement on palms and soles. The lesions may be quite hyperkeratotic. A 56‐year‐old patient with MFPP was successfully treated with the carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) laser. There was no recurrence of disease at treated sites and excellent cosmetic results were obtained. Treatment with the CO 2 laser may be considered a therapeutic option.
