Herein, we report a case showing unique Doppler velocimetry findings, just before intrauterine death, in the heart failure of a fetus with cardiac rhabdomyoma located in the interventricular septum. Specific blood flow of only the inferior vena cava was observed when acute fetal heart failure occurred.
