WMT composite(p1⁄40.005). In WMT individually pt205 significantly predicted FA and DR for the FM(FA p1⁄40.01; DR p1⁄40.037) and PCC(FA p1⁄40.0023; DR p1⁄40.003). Conclusions: Only pt205 predicted WMT integrity and correlated with measures of demyelination. Disruption of WMTs was predominantly observed in posterior callosal fibers, which is a projection from the precuneus, known to be an area of early tau PET deposition in ADAD. These results suggest a role for primary white matter degeneration in ADAD pathology.
