very confident explaining the pamphlet to patients and/or caregivers.” All respondents either “somewhat disagreed” or “strongly disagreed” with the following statements: “I found explaining the pamphlet to patients and/or caregivers to be cumbersome” and “I need to learn a lot of things before I could use this pamphlet effectively in the office.” The SUS answers resulted with an average score of 85.2 demonstrating the usability for the pamphlet is in the 97th percentile. This score falls within the top 3% of usability scores for SUS data. Conclusions:The SUS scores for the pamphlet indicate that it is a tool with high usability, which signifies the pamphlet was well accepted, easily understood, and not overly complex. The characteristic of having high usability combined with the respondents unanimously answering that the survey would be useful to other providers and organizations demonstrates that using the pamphlet regularly in offices and organizations is feasible. This project involved a multidisciplinary approach, and the average SUS score indicates that the pamphlet is easily translatable across settings and among healthcare professionals.
