approximately two years, with 95% confidence intervals (R1⁄40.217). Linear regression revealed that lower Ab42/Ab40 was associated with increased myelin change in six separate regions of the brain: white matter underlying the superior frontal gyrus, post central gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, superior parietal lobule, putamen and the cingulum bundle.
