effectively differentiated mild AD (n1⁄445) from controls. All Memory measures had areas under the curve >0.9, without significant differences between them. By using a cut of point (COP) 26 the VI_FR, had a sensitivity(SE)1⁄40.91 and a specificity(SP)1⁄40.93. With a COP 22, VE_FR showed SE1⁄40.98 and SP1⁄40.91, while with a COP 45, VI_TR rated a SE1⁄40.84 and SP1⁄40.93and with a COP 38, VE_TR indicated SE1⁄40.87 and SP1⁄40.98. Conclusions: The FR for VI and VE versions of the FRSRT indicated a similar discriminative validity in differentiating mild AD from controls. The VI_TR was apparently less discriminative for identifying early AD than the other memory measures.
