costs are also included in the scope of the project. For both perspective (clinical and economic), all items will be stratified by severity -mild, moderate, severe and the following countries are targeted: France, The Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and the USA. The following documentation sources will be screened for this study: Medline, Embase, National Health Services Economic Evaluation Database, MAPI Research Trust listing, the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research Digest of databases. The search will be limited to data published in the last ten years (from January 1 st, 2002 to December 2012), in humans with a sub-population focus on APOE4 + and -. Results: Preliminary results, as work is ongoing, are the followings. One thousand seven hundred and seventy five abstract have been screened for the clinical part looking at incidence, prevalence and mortality of AD. Of these one eighty four were selected for full-text review. One thousand one hundred and twenty two abstracts were screened for the economic part. Of these abstracts screened, hundred and thirty eight were selected for full-text review. Conclusions: Final results of this study are expected by end of March 2013.
