Background: Recently chronic ischemic-insuced amyloid beta-peptide is found in the mouse. This finding notices the influence of chromic ischemic lesions of the brain with all the type of dementia. The existing of vascular dementia is doubted and all the type of dementia may be thought are related with chronic ischemia. This concept can be adapted even in Alzheimer’s disease. Methods: We have studied the CT brain images of 100 persons with all the type of dementia and the images are proceeded to the pixels showing between 21w27 H.U.
