non-memory objective impairment (all p .05). Conclusions: Subjective cognitive complaints are too common to be useful diagnostically until they are better defined. Rates of MCI vary considerably depending which criteria are used. Future research will determine predictive utility of different thresholds for defining such complaints and influence of mediating variables such as depression and personality.
